Most advisors start with investment strategy, asset allocation, and returns.
I don’t. I start with alignment.
Because at the end of the day, the number one thing people are looking for in a financial advisor is trust.
Yet very few conversations actually focus on what builds trust.
Instead, people are shown numbers, reports and pie charts. While those things certainly matter, they tell you very little about the person you’re trusting to help guide some of the most important financial decisions of your life.
I believe trust is built when two people understand each other beyond the numbers.
That’s why I want to understand how four core principles drive your life — and I believe it’s just as important that you understand how those same principles drive mine.
For you, the client
I want to understand your MOVE Framework:
What is your Mission — what is your wealth ultimately meant to accomplish?
What are your Objectives — what measurable outcomes define success?
What are your Values — what truly matters and drives you as a person?
And what are your Ethical standards — what principles guide how decisions are made?
For me
You should expect complete clarity around my MOVE Framework:
My Mission: what is my WHY behind everything?
The Objectives I focus on: the measurable outcomes I use to provide a high-end service.
My Value system, which is: Faith, Family, Fitness & Business.
My uncompromising Ethical standards that guide every decision I make.
This is the foundation of how I operate. Because returns matter — but character, integrity, and alignment matter more. Without this foundation, how will you ever know if your financial advisor is acting in your best interest?
Mission & my why
I learned how to make and manage money when I was 8 years old. My father went to prison and left us with nothing. I started mowing lawns to help put food on the table. I was the first in my family to go to college — and worked 3 jobs to make that happen. Later on, I built my wealth management business from the ground up — cold calling and knocking on doors. I took the hard path to get to where I’m at, because that was my only option.
Those early experiences shaped me and how I see the wealth management profession. They instilled a level of care, awareness, and respect for money that simply can’t be taught. When I sit across from a client, I don’t just see numbers on a page. I understand what money represents: security, freedom — and sometimes survival. That’s why I do what I do. It’s ingrained in my DNA, and it gives me the ability to outcare other advisors.
Objectives
The measurable Objectives I focus on to provide a high-end client service:
I do what I say, and say what I do. This is easily measured. Think about our conversations and tell me if there is ever a time when something doesn’t align with what I have said in the past.
Easily measured. Check your phone and emails. When you call, I answer. You don’t get passed off to a junior person. You hear from me frequently, especially when markets are volatile.
You feel more confident with your financial situation when working with me. Clients know that I have their back. And that is priceless.
Values I live by
Faith is the foundation of my life. I trust in Jesus and seek His guidance in every decision.
My family is the most important thing to me here on this earth. I am called to love my wife, lead my children, and build a legacy that impacts future generations.
My health is a gift from God. Physical strength allows me to better serve others.
Work is an opportunity to serve others. Success is earned through competence, integrity, diligence, and stewardship.
Ethics
Returns matter — but character, integrity, and alignment matter more. This is the foundation of how I operate.

Paul is 39 years old and has spent the last 17 years helping individuals and families protect, grow, and transfer wealth. Just as important, he expects to be doing this for the next 30 years. Paul has been recognized by Forbes as one of the Top Next Gen Wealth Advisors Best In State for three consecutive years. (Ranking methodology is described on our Disclosures page; recognition is no guarantee of future investment success.)
When you combine long-term alignment, unique opportunities and proven recognition, it creates a level of service and execution that is difficult to replicate.
